PAYMENT DISCLAIMER

In order to ensure transparency, accountability, and the safety of all transactions with TomGreen, we kindly draw your attention to our approved modes of payment.

    1. Cash Payments – Cash must be paid only to the company’s cashier, and every transaction must be backed by an official receipt issued immediately.

    1. Cheque Payments – Cheques should be made payable strictly to HTC Depot Limited and must not be endorsed to any individual staff member.

    1. Bank Transfers – Payments can be made directly into the company’s official bank accounts only. Account details will always be provided on official company documents.

    1. Mobile Money Payments – Mobile Money transactions are to be made only to the company’s registered numbers/accounts. Under no circumstances should payment be made to any staff member’s personal MoMo number.

Important Disclaimer:
No payments should be made directly to any salesperson, marketer, or company representative unless expressly authorized in writing by Management. TomGreen shall not be held liable for any loss or misappropriation of funds resulting from payments made outside the official channels listed above.
